USPS, APWU Q & A regarding Non-Traditional Full-Time (NTFT) duty assignments

The APWU and the USPS have agreed to a set of Questions and Answers regarding Non-Traditional Full-Time (NTFT) duty assignments [PDF]. The agreement, dated Oct. 6, 2011, covers topics such as posting, bidding, assignments, leave and holidays.
