The Arkansas Democrat Gazette reports that police have arrested a 16-year-old from Little Rock on Tuesday and charged with robbing a mail carrier April 2 with an accomplice. Roshad Thomas and an accomplice are said to have taken the carrier’s cell phone, pocket knife and dog spray, but did not take any mail.
Thomas is being charged as an adult and faces 25 years in prison if convicted.

The postal worker says a suspect pointed a semi-automatic handgun at him; he gave them all he had including a cell phone, dog spray and a pocket knife. They didn’t seem interested in the mail.
