rural carriers need to work 8 hr days like city carriers and clerks. if this proposal would happen and also pm need to have dual appointments at all levels that way they can start working 8 hour days instead of watching and getting in the way of good people doing there job
Being eligable to retire under the CSRS I would like to see the postal service offer a incintive payment of 20000 this year, and 10000 in 2012. My intitlements al,sl,matching retirement,life ins and the postal serice payments to my heath ins will be more than 25,000. Think pay some now save a lot next year.
