A post office employee accused of pulling a knife on a customer will appear today in court for an arraignment hearing.Seann Taulbee, 40, of South Marshall Road in Middletown, has been charged with assault and aggravated menacing for allegedly putting a knife to the throat of Tin-jor Wong of Liberty Twp. on Saturday at the Monroe Post Office. Taulbee told police he exited the back door of the post office after feeling he was in danger of being robbed, Walton said. “He stated that he pulled out his knife and put it to the throat of one of the subjects and then pushed the subject,” he said.
