Third-party arbitration between the United States Postal Service and the American Postal Workers Union has come to an end and the two parties are awaiting a decision. More than 500 jobs were relocated when the Philadelphia Logistics and Distribution Center at the Pureland Industrial Complex in Logan Township was closed in February.
